2. Bases for the processing of personal data by the BGE TEC

The BGE TEC processes personal data in the following contexts.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject" or "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR).

Processing shall only be carried out

i. on the basis of the consent of the data subject
(Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 letter a) DSGVO),

ii. if the processing is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling contracts or carrying out pre-contractual measures.

iii. if the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

You have the right to revoke your consent in full or in part at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
